You can fly direct from Ireland or the UK to Izmir Airport where you are picked up by private car or mini bus and driven to Kusadasi.  You are put up in a 3* hotel or one of our private villas and can enjoy the resort and site/hotel facilities.

The flight time is approx 4 hours and the transfer from airport to resort takes approx 50 minutes.

• Obtaining a tax number and opening a bank account (required for all property owners)
  
• Visiting the land registry office if required.

• Flights vary from €199 to €249 per person from Ireland depending on the season.  Flights from the UK vary from STG£99 to STG£189 depending on the season.

• Your hotel accommodation and airport transfer are free.  If you purchase a property whilst on the viewing trip, your flights are refunded in full

• In Turkey our local Kusadasi Office makes all the necessary hotel/villa booking arrangements and arranges your airport transfers and the agenda for your trip
