MANAGEMENT

The complex is managed on a community basis with Capital Management liasing with the residents committee to manage all aspects of the site. The complex fees include:

  • Onsite 24hr caretaker and security
  • Swimming Pool maintenance and dailt cleaning and treatments (May to mid Oct)
  • Communal lanscaped gardens and ongoing maintenance and grass cutting
  • Public lighting
  • Refuse collection and removal
  • Weekly inspection of properties when not occupied

TWO BEDROOM APARTMENTS

Two bedroom aparments are situated on the ground floor of each apartment block and offer a spacious enterence hall, open plan living and dinning area with sliding door access to the large terrace with built in red brick barbeque, a fully fitted modern kitchen, two double bedrooms and a large main bathroom with shower cabin, sink and wc.

Situated on the first, second, third and fourth floors of each block, the three bedroom apartments offer a spacious enterence hallway, open plan living and dinning area with sliding door access to the large terrace with built in red brick barbeque, a fully fitted modern kitchen, three double bedrooms and a main bathroom with bath, hilton sink and wc. The master bedroom is ensuite with wetroom showeri, sink and wc. The master bedroom has access to a small rear balcony and utility room.

All properties are fitted with first fix plumbing for central heating with installation of radiators, boiler and tank available.
